Exhibitor Checklist

Below is a list of contacts, forms and booth accessories to ensure you are fully prepared to maximize your company’s presence at this year’s Expo.

Please fax all forms to their respective fax number, found on each form. Make sure to meet the pre show deadlines to take advantage of the pre show discount. Make sure to bring any forms or invoices to the Expo to avoid any last minute discrepancies.

  • Move In Instructions:

    Friday October 19th, 2012

    2:00pm – 8:00pm

    Please come to the registration office and sign in before beginning to move in.
    We will give you your exhibitor badges as well assist with any last minute questions.

    *Exhibitors will not be permitted to setup during Expo hours.

  • Move Out Instructions:

    Sunday October 21st, 2012

    6:00pm – 11:30pm

    *All remaining materials and items left on the Expo floor after move out is complete,
    will be removed by Family Support Expo Management and the exhibitor will be responsible for all charges.
